Every couple’s wedding is unique, and your menu should be too. That’s why we don’t offer set menus. Instead, we work closely with you to create a tailor-made culinary experience that reflects your tastes and style. From delicious canapés to unforgettable main courses, every dish is crafted with care using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients—think creamy burrata from Campania and handmade porchetta and salsiccia.

A brief email of your expectations is followed up with an initial menu ideas. Then come for your tasting meal. Where we can discuss your ideas in a relaxed style with a full Italian menu and wine! What’s not to like
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Send me your brief to include your favourite dishes and ingredients, budget etc. I will send you a personalised wedding pack and then invite you along for a free tasting. At your bespoke tasting I will cook your wedding menu for you from canapés to gelato with wine and you can chat to me about your wedding plans. You can secure my services with a 10% refundable deposit. I can be involved with your wedding planning if you wish but most importantly I am happy to help any time and will respond to your questions very quickly. Your final wedding menu will be due 6 weeks before your wedding and the final payment 4 weeks before your wedding, giving you lots of time to hone your menu so you are completely happy. I will meet you again at your venue - even if it is a field in the middle of nowhere and we can discuss logistics etc etc. Nearer to your wedding day I will prepare a wedding pack with your final menu, dietary information, timings, any personal requests and this will be shared with your wedding team on the big day so that you can be confident and relaxed that we are all working with your best interests at heart

Ha ha! Probably not a chocolate fondant for 100 guests! I have a vast menu to select from but at the moment Fiorentina beef short ribs ragu with pappardelle pasta is up there
