Describe your typical process with a couple.
Contact is made by a couple. We respond with an accurate and fixed price advising a couple of our full service. After a deposit has been paid we confirm receipt and will then make contact one month before the event to confirm all details and request the balance. A week before the wedding we will contact the venue to ensure they know that we'll be attending and what we will need from them.
