What is your most memorable wedding?
A 6 course tasting menu for 275 guests in a marquee battling every weather condition imaginable. We have also catered in a cave and in the Lincoln Cathedral, which are both majestic settings.

What about your business are you most proud of?
We created this business from nothing, with only our hard work, creativity and culinary talents. We are now in the top eight in the UK and have received so many lovely reviews from Brides and Grooms.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Relax and enjoy it! Time always flies so focus on celebrating your new marriage and spend quality time with your friends and family... accompanied by amazing food of course ;)
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
One couple had hand-crafted and engraved wooden wedding rings!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
First we send couples our full brochure and price guide so that they can get some ideas. We would then check availability and answer questions by email before a general consultation in person or via Skype. After this meeting, Sam is able to create the perfect menu and quote. Once a deposit and booking has been made, we would then book in a tasting session to ensure that the couple are 100% happy with the food they have chosen. Then all they need to do is get married, live happily ever after and recommend us to all of their friends
