What is your most memorable wedding?
It has to be one we did last October. The theme was a Tudor / Autumnal at the beautiful Tutbury Castle. We created a 4 course tudor inspired sharing banquet.

What about your business are you most proud of?
The relationship we have built with our customers and hospitality venues we have worked at in such a short period of time. Most of our business is from returning customers and from their recommendations.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Dont over complicate the day. You need to be able to enjoy it. Keep calm and let the professionals take the strain.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
We dont have 1 favourite but the best weddings we have catered for are the ones where the bride and groom choose what they want rather than what is expected at a wedding. Not everything has to coordinate!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We listen to what the couple want for their day. Usually we can let the couple know if thier vision is possible on the first chat.
We then go away and produce a unique menu for the couple.
Then we would meet with the couple to discuss any changes.
After that its us taking care of everything behind the scenes while the couple get on with the rest of the planning.

What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?
The Tudor banquet we created. It wasnt exactly a new style of cooking, infact it was stripping away everything we know and going back hundreds of years to a more extravigant time with the main focus about sharing. We loved doing it and learned some rather bizzare recepies and cooking styles along the way too!
What is the food of love?
We love good wholesome homemade food. However, takeaway is always a winner after a long day of cooking 😋
