Relax and have exactly what YOU want! The only 'must do' is signing the register... the rest of the day is yours to plan!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
So many... different speeches from unusual sources, fabulous one-off dresses and little gifts specially for the children...
Describe your typical process with a couple.
When we first make contact, we will scope the setting for the event. Then we start an ongoing discussion of exactly what you envisage for the day... how many people, what specific drinks you might want, the running order (so we can sneak in stealthily and set up without getting in your way!) We also ask for a named contact on the day, so we're not bothering you with little things like 'where can we plug in?!' We make ourselves available at all times in the run up to the Big Day - any questions - no matter how tiny - are really important

Pour them gin through a vintage microscope!
What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?
We have developed several cocktails for the bride and groom, including Mango Mojito, Elderflower Gin Fizz and Rob Roys - WOW! They kick!
