Initially I send them example Menu's and costings to give an idea of our services and pricing, from there we can either discuss over the phone/email or meet for coffee (and cake!!) to fine tune menu's and create a schedule for their day. Next is a tasting appointment at our kitchens to sample their chosen Menu and finally 4 weeks before the wedding we have a co-ordination meeting to run through every tiny detail of the day.
