Describe your typical process with a couple.
From an initial call or email discussion we then arrange a meeting at a suitable time, maybe at the venue to discuss everything in person and ensure the couple is happy. Once the booking is confirmed we will then arrange with the venue to view, and discuss logistics and timings with them. We are always at the end of the phone 24/7 and are happy to help our couples in any way!
A few days before the big day we contact the couple and just let them know everything is going to plan to ease their stress.
We then arrive on the big day or set up beforehand and ensure their big day is a great success!
