Dear Steve, Emma and the Red Herring Team! Firstly, apologies this email has taken so long for me to send - life went straight back into overdrive after the wedding and feel like I've only just restored some order! Anyway, I just wanted to send you a quick email filled with the utmost thanks and gratitude for everything you did for mine and Moritz's wedding on 23rd July. From the absolutely delicious food (which people are still talking about to this day), to the fantastic staff, we felt the day was perfect and expertly run under your watchful eyes! And thank you, most of all, for your calm support in the weeks leading up to the day and reassuring us that all would be well. It really and truly was! The photographer snuck into the catering tent on the day to take some photos of the prep (he's a food photographer for books, so he couldn't help himself!), of which we have some great shots, which I'm attaching for you. Hello Steve, I hope you're well. Andy and I would like to say a huge thank you to you and all of the team at Red Herring who helped to make our wedding day so wonderful. We had the most amazing day and it really wouldn't have gone as well if it weren't for the help and professionalism of you guys. The food was beyond delicious and everyone has commented on how great it was. The waiters and waitresses were all so friendly, polite and attentive. The attention to detail was second to none and we are so pleased that we chose Red Herring. You took so much of the stress away from us the day before and we can't thank you enough for that. I would like to say an extra special thank you to Laura who put up with my numerous emails and questions over the last year or so and who was so helpful throughout. I really don't think I would have been so organised if it weren't for her providing me with such regular updates on what information she needed and when etc. The only negative is that neither Andy nor myself got to taste any of the evening BBQ as we were too busy on the dance floor! Everyone has said it was great though. Once again, thank you so much to each and every one of you. You guys truly were amazing to work with, I'm sorry I haven't had a chance to talk to you properly after the wedding but when we're back we wanted to come and thank you personally for everything that you did for us. We have had a crazy amount of messages from the guests saying how incredible they thought the wedding was, on the whole people said it was the best wedding they had ever been to!! X Jess and Moses

Dear Emma, Steve & the whole team at Red Herring. A massive THANK YOU for your amazing catering at our wedding in October at Plush. You really made the day perfect for us. Our chef friend (ex-chef director at Polpo Group) said it was the best food he'd had at a wedding - as did several others. Thanks again and all the best for 2017! The Bravins x
