Lovely feedback Dear Peter, Thank you so so much for everything on Saturday. All your food and service was just FANTASTIC! Everyone kept saying how much they loved the mezze starter and how delicious the paella was. It truly was perfect! We even had a Spanish guest who said that's the best paella he's ever had. Thanks so much for coordinating everything so wonderfully on the day so that it all went so smoothly. The paella pans looked so great! I can't wait to see the pics! From the initial email to peter right through the end of the meal, I can't speak highly enough of Peter. Incredibly professional throughout, the meal cooked by Peter way exceeded our expectations. Even with the chaos and interruption of three 3 year olds and a 4 month old, every single course was a real treat (just for anyone looking to book PQ catering, the triple cooked roast potatoes are well worth requesting – THE BEST roasties ever!). From start to finish I could not fault the service from PQ Event catering. I actually didn't meet Peter until the day of the event - my 50th birthday. All contact was either by phone or email. On the day, Peter arrived on time with his small team and just got on with what he does so well. We didn't actually notice them on site until the food was served in the evening! Our meal was absolutely superb - presentation just beautiful, food hot, and it tasted amazing. All I kept hearing was "wow" and seeing the shear delight and surprise on my guests faces made my evening. Everything was cleared and put away - again without knowing of their presence, and left spotlessly clean. Peter then catered again the next day with a paella - well what can I say! He had set a standard the night before and had something to live up to! He didn't disappoint and it was truly amazing - everyone commented on how it looked and how it tasted! I wouldn't hesitate to have Peter cater for me again or recommend him and his team to come and cater for you! Book early!!!!!

Hi Peter Many thanks again for a making a great evening at Polmier. Food and occassion was enjoyed by all and that lot know what they like. To make an impact after 5 nights of eating and drinking took some doing but you pulled it off! They are already planning a return to Mevagissey in 2018! Dave
