We catered for a couple in the Cotswolds with a small group of close family and friends. We had a marquee set up in a field, we used hay bales for seats, covered in linen throws. The menu was simple. Lots of salads and sharing plates and me and the team grilled butterflied legs of lamb over wood fired bbq's. We had an acoustic band playing the couple's favourite songs. Lots of dancing and singing into the late night. It was without a doubt the most memorable event we have done to date.

I'm very open with my customers when i first meet them. I want them to have the best possible experience with me that they can have and that all comes from our hard work and dedication. I have a policy of unlimited referrals all the way until the event. I like to provide my personal phone number so communication is quick and responsive.
simple, delicious & unpretentious
We once set up a pasta station, rolling tagliatelle and stuffing ravioli pasta by hand for all of the guests to see whilst they were enjoying the canapes. We got very good feedback from everyone.
