Pinch of Tuscany Private dining and events is a catering company located in the West Midlands, providing services in the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, West Midlands, Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Northamptonshire. It is run by Italian chef Luca Becherini who gained a wealth of experience at private members clubs, 5 star luxury hotels and events companies specialising in weddings in the UK. During his career, he has focused on British and Italian cuisine, catered for many celebrities and VIPs and delivered more than 100 weddings. Luca focuses on using locally-sourced British ingredients of the highest quality and always goes the extra mile to consistently deliver impeccable food according to guests' requirements at any venue. All you need to do is enjoy your day, Pinch of Tuscany will take care of the rest!
Pinch of Tuscany specialises in intimate weddings (for up to 60 people) and menus are tailored according to clients' preferences, taste and budget and taking into account dietary requirements. While some couples may prefer a more informal dining experience, including a buffet style meal or barbeque for their guests, others opt for the full fine dining experience consisting of canapes followed by a three course meal and subsequently evening food, which can range from authentic Italian pizza and fish and chips to a range of street food options. Childrens' menus are also available to cater for younger appetites and preferences.
To help you decide which options would suit you best, Pinch of Tuscany provides tasting sessions where you can sample dishes before making a final menu selection.
Pinch of Tuscany can recommend or help source crockery and other items for you to hire on your big day. Drinks decisions will be left to you. However, Pinch of Tuscany works closely with professional and highly experienced waiting staff who can expertly serve food and drinks to you and your guests on your big day.

We cater for a minimum of 8 people for fine dining private dinner parties/lunches, 20 people for buffets/BBQ and corporate events, weddings for up to around 80 people and other special occasions, ranging from birthdays to anniversaries.
We focus mainly on British and Italian cuisines, using high quality British sourced meat and fish products from select local suppliers, with a "Pinch" of traditional recipes from the Tuscan region in Italy.
We can create a be-spoke menu tailored to your personal preferences, budget and any dietary requirements.
We are able to cater at any type of venue, from a marquee to a castle!
For all events a deposit of 20% is taken when you book with us to reserve the date. The outstanding 80% is then paid 48 hours before the private dining experience.
For weddings, final payment is taken 2 weeks before the event. We provide wedding tastings for up to 6 people so that couples can sample a range of options before confirming their final menu choices for the big day. In this case, a separate charge for the wedding tasting would be incurred, payable 48 hours before the tasting.
Payment by bank transfer is preferred.
We think that you should be focusing on hosting your guests. We will take care of the rest!
For events for up to 20 people:
• We will ask beforehand about your kitchen (fridge capacity, ovens, hobs etc).
• Your kitchen will be cleaned after the dessert course has been served and we will leave your kitchen how we found it.
• We will provide dinner plates and crockery.
• We will aim to arrive around 2 hours before the event starts
For events larger than 20 people and weddings:
Yes, we can provide tastings for an additional cost. For weddings, we offer tastings for couples and up to 6 people of their choice the opportunity to sample several different options before finalising their menu choices for their big day.
No, we will not be able to provide tablecloths, napkins and glasses. However, we can help you to source these, if necessary.
No, we will leave decisions regarding drinks and alcohol to you. We can help provide Front of House staff who can help serve drinks though, for an additional cost.
We can help cater for any food allergens or dietary requirements so please let us know what you require so that all guests can have a great experience.
An additional 8% for logistics, loading the food, travel to and from the venue and cleaning of the kitchen will be added to the bill.
Parking and congestion charges (if applicable).
For an additional cost, we can also provide front of house staff that can help us serve the food and drinks. We would usually recommend front of house staff for parties of at least 20 guests.
We can provide an alternative children’s menu on request.
It is entirely up to you; we can tailor the length of the service according to your requirements. In order to have a relaxing experience with your guests, we suggest allowing at least two hours
For weddings or events with entertainment, speeches, etc, throughout, the experience may be longer to take these into account.
