We would like to express our enormous gratitude for all your hard work and making our wedding day very special (and run very smoothly). Thank you George for your patience in the planning stages, and then George, Matt and Sam and the rest of the team back at base and at the venue on the day as well for making it happen. We were very impressed with the food and service (again), and had numerous comments from our guests on how much they enjoyed the wedding breakfast.

Thank you very much for all your (and the PI teams) hard work to make our day so special! It truly passed all our expectations and then some. A lot of people have said how nice the food and drinks were. The service was very attentive too. I think we pretty much drunk the evening bar dry and I’m sure there were some sore heads on Sunday morning, which is a sign of a good night! Thank you again, a day we will never forget.

You and Lucinda, and PI as a whole, were absolutely wonderful - our food at the wedding was really delicious and we had many compliments on it. You all made everything so easy for us, both during all the run up, the tasting and all the choices that had to be made, and, most particularly, on the actual day of the wedding. You and your staff on the day were wonderful. Everything went so smoothly, at least, if it didn’t, we were shielded from any problems! It was such a pleasure to deal with you and Lucinda, you made it huge fun for us and kept our excitement going, even when we flagged a little with all the organisation that surrounds planning a wedding!! Nothing was too much trouble for you to help us out, not least recommending the wonderful Stuart to help with all the wine transport and also the super efficient and friendly bar staff! It made for a very happy celebration on an incredibly special day for us as a family! We had the most wonderful and never to be forgotten time, Lucy and Tommi were so happy and it was a joy to be part of it all - thank you again for all that you did, with such kindness and good humour! It was a huge pleasure for us to have PI help us out on such an important day. Thank you all SO much. George - thanks again for everything - you were completely terrific!

What can I say?! Lucinda, thank you SO much for everything you’ve done for Sophia & Rob’s wedding. You have totally exceeded our expectations. From beginning to end, you have been highly professional and efficient and we couldn’t be more delighted with choosing you. Visually everything looked fabulous, the soft seating, cushions, pink linen, plates, cutlery etc, everything looked lovely. The food was exceptional. The canapés were exquisite and the food stations were sensational. The presentation was beautifully done. People absolutely LOVED the selection of food choices. The evening food was superb too and totally perfect for the younger ones. I had a slice of pizza and it was not like any pizza I’ve had before, I’m not kidding when I say it was the best pizza I’ve ever tasted. It all worked so well. Your staff were excellent. I chatted to some of them and they were so helpful, polite and smiley, no glum faces on your staff! You clearly have a first class team aboard there. Your barmen were great too. By the way, that ginger and apple drink was sublime. The positive feedback on the wedding has been overwhelming since Saturday. Everyone is talking about the food and how amazing it was! You have excelled and made us very proud. Needless to say, we would not hesitate to recommend you or to use you again in the future. We may well be planning another special occasion at some stage (30th wedding anniversary combined with big birthdays!) so we will definitely know who to call as our caterers! (Once we replenish our depleted bank account!). Please would you thank Emma, Anthony and Chris too, as they played an essential and crucial part in making the wedding such a success. You have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I look forward to our paths crossing again.

It RARELY happens that someone compliments the food at a wedding. To say that 6 months on guests are still raving about our meal is shocking but very true. From the tasting to the meetings to the actual event, we felt so completely comfortable with PI and James and Chris. The staff they provided were second to none and we wouldn't hesitate to say they are the best in the business!
