Orchard Catering truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day special and personal to us. Charlotte, our main point of contact, was amazing from the get-go, guiding us through every detail with such care, from the menu choices to accommodating changes and budget options. The tasting evening was a delightful experience, and we knew right then we were in great hands. Rob, the brilliant chef, worked with us to create a menu that was unique and meaningful. We collaborated on salads that reminded us of a special holiday we took to Spain, and paired it with an incredible paella. It was such a fun, alternative approach to wedding food, and it left a huge impression on us and our guests. Everyone commented on how it was the best wedding food they’d ever had! The Orchard Catering team were wonderful on the day—friendly, attentive, and ensuring that no one went hungry or thirsty. Their presence really added to the warm, relaxed atmosphere, and they even helped us craft our welcome drinks, which was a lovely, personal touch. We couldn’t recommend Orchard Catering highly enough. They made our day so memorable, and their food and service truly elevated the whole experience!

We are forever grateful that Charlotte and her team at Orchard catering were with us on our wedding day! Not only were there so many comments about the delicious and filling food (amazing portions and ALL hot food for 160 people) but also so many compliments about Charlotte and her team whose friendly and professional service made our day even more enjoyable! Their infectious smiles and positive energy were such a welcomed addition on the best day of our lives! For a company that caters a plethora of weddings a year, they made our day seem like their priority at every step of the way; from emails and phone calls leading up to the wedding, to the gorgeous tasting, to being cheerleaders on our big day! We always felt Charlotte had all the time in the world for us and her personal touches were second to none, even making a personalised Instagram reel from our day using our first dance music. We’ll always keep our fingers crossed that our paths meet again in the future as we’d love to indulge in both their food and hospitality again!

Our food. Guy is a trained chef so we knew our food had to be good. We knew early on that we wanted the wedding breakfast to be relaxed and social so the idea of a family style BBQ served to the table was perfect. Someone with a small appetite doesn’t feel awkward likewise someone that wants a second or third helping is satisfied. I didn’t like the thought of our guests being hungry during the drink reception so went pretty heavy on the canapés (I love canapés) but because of this we decided not to have a starter. We don’t like food waste and figured who needs loads of canapés AND a 3 course meal? I’m a massive dessert lover and knew choosing 1 was going to be really difficult, so browsing the caterers that work with our venue, I was over the moon to see that @orchardcatering fitted the bill 100%. BBQ, dessert trios, quality no fuss food, so was exactly what we were looking for! We also wanted a decent evening offering as had quite a few additional guests coming and the earlier plan to not over feed our daytime guests meant they’d be ready for another meal later on. When I saw Mario the Italian Pizza Car I fell in love….what a talking point that was!! @orchardcatering are so much more than just a company that provides food. I loved working with them creating the menu, the food tasting and Charlotte in particular was a dream throughout. When I suggested theming our pizzas to match our Star Wars theme they jumped at the chance to get involved and were just so helpful throughout. BUT, I can’t lie, what really stands them apart for me, is the fantastic reels Charlotte takes of your day, all the behind the scenes footage that you’re unaware of. Who needs a content creator with suppliers like this?! Charlotte, you and your team were a joy. Fantastic food, friendly, polite, professional service, I can’t recommend you highly enough. Thank you for everything.
