FAQs
Find out a bit more from our FAQs

What is your most memorable wedding?

The photoshoot outside was cancelled due to heavy rain. The Mother in Law was not happy and insisted tasting the Fish & Chips. Her face lit up having had a taste and then the Bride & Groom said "that not many people can do that".

Describe your style in 5 adjectives.

Exceptionally unique, exceptional quality, sustainability, attention to detail, and always service with a smile.

What about your business are you most proud of?

London & the Home Counties Official No 1 Fish & Chip shop.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Never too soon to plan ahead. Failing to plan is planning to fail.

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

On the menu there was a bio of the guests at that table, on how they knew the bride & groom.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

A tasting date would be arranged. We would discuss their requirements and dietary requests. I would offer them a taster followed by what I would recommend for their very special day. Various follow up conversations would be had to ensure everything was in place and their expectations exceeded. A second visit would be recommended with the in-laws to give piece of mind and feel inclusive of this wonderful event.
