Our journey took an incredible turn in late 2025. We were approached by a major corporate client facing a massive problem: they needed high-quality, luxury cocktails served fast to 400 festival attendees. They couldn’t have people stuck in long queues. We looked at the existing options on the market, but nothing met our high standards for quality. Not to be deterred, we used our own hands-on resourcefulness and ingenuity to build the perfect solution ourselves.
Meet Florence
Florence is our custom-built, innovative mobile tap bar. Her debut was a massive success.
Just two days after her first event, Florence was rebooked by the same corporate client, snapped up for two weddings, and instantly became a preferred supplier for a major events venue in Birmingham. We’ve even had guests tell us, “You need to go on Dragons’ Den!”—a compliment that makes all our hard work worthwhile.

What do you need from the venue to set up?
We handle the hard work, but we generally need safe vehicle access, a flat surface to set up our mobile bar rigs, and a reliable power source. We handle all licensing details where required
Do you provide completely bespoke packages
Yes, every couple receives a completely custom tailored pricing package. Whether you want a full free bar, a token system, or specialized arrival mocktails, we build everything around your vision
What exactly are draft cocktails, and why do you use them?
Draft cocktails (or tapped cocktails) are premium drinks served through a specialized tap system. We craft our custom recipes using Nitrogen for a silky smooth head (perfect for our Espresso Martinis) and CO2 for sparkling drinks like Mojitos. [1]
Are your draft cocktails pre-made or commercial brands?
Absolutely not! Every drink is custom-made specifically for your wedding day. We never use pre-bought commercial options or diluted formulas. Our kitchen often looks like a mad scientist's lab as we spend countless hours researching, developing, and finalizing flavor profiles. [1]
What are the main benefits of having cocktails on tap

What kind of mobile bar setup do you bring to weddings?
Our headline setup features Florence, our lovely trailer, complete with a themed flower garland. Our unique bars and trailers are fitted with a custom tap system that can hold up to a maximum limit of 6 taps
Can we serve drinks other than cocktails from your taps?
Yes! Any of our taps can be adapted to serve exactly what you want, including cocktails, mocktails, wine, sparkling wine, beer, lager, and Guinness
Do you provide real glassware or plastic cups?
We offer Poly glass/drinking vessel hire so your guests can drink in style. We also provide all the necessary ice and garnishes.

Can our guests pay for drinks
Yes, we require the drinks to be paid upfront by the hosts....but, we can take payments from your guests for drinks for you, you will need to provide us with a card terminal such as sum up that is linked to your card.
