In September 2016, we were at a marquee doing the final checks with the groom's father, before all our team arrived. Suddenly there was a LOUD BANG, we went running out to see the roof peeling back from the marquee in the wind and taking off. While groom's father went for rope and help we ran and held the roof on as best we could. With some help from the neighbours and lots of rope we secured the roof and the groom's mum and dad made the wedding just in front of the bride and no one knew any more about the roof until the next day.
Once we have received an initial enquiry we send our information, following this we ask for a rough menu so that we can put an accurate quote together that shows all the costs. At this point the couple are more then welcome to come and meet with us and discuss their day, at the beginning the planning can be so overwhelming! From here we help to put definite menus into place and arrange a personal tasting which will be the two of you along with four guests. Here we let you taste your dishes in peace, you can even bring a bottle of wine to enjoy the experience. At the end, we will sit down with you and impart our knowledge and experiences to help make your day be the best it can be.
As the date gets closer, we arrange a site visit and draw up an itinerary with all the finer details written so we all know exactly what we will do on the day.
The day prior, we come and set up taking the pressure of you, you can then enjoy putting the finishing touches on. We check all the timings, locations and finally the weather forecast, making adjustments if we need along the way.
On the day we will arrive early and do our job, to the best of our ability. We will be unobtrusive in our service and keep your day on track without you even knowing, ensuring that your day is perfect!
We will clear up and leave the venue as we found it.
