What is your most memorable wedding?
this was probably the 2nd or 3rd wedding we catered for. We had arrived and started cooking about 4 hours before the happy couple arrived. Next thing i hear is bar staff gasping ...... as the bride and groom arrived .... on horse back ..... dressed as princess leya and luke skywalker. it was the most sureal moment. But it was a true expression of what they both enjoyed and i thought that was just fantastic.

What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
View your venue at least twice if not three times. You will be surprised of what details you missed the first time.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
An 'Angel Tree'. A large decorative tree placed on a round table that had photographs of loved ones that were no longer with them. It was placed in the centre of the room so could be seen by all. I thought it was just beautiful.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I like to speak over the phone first to see how each couple would like things to run and the sort of catering they are looking for. I will then get a quote together and look to book a face to face meeting with each couple to discuss the quote and the wedding day in more detail.
