Without doubt, everything we have achieved since our doors opened in 2015. It is using the BEST local ingredients, providing the best possible, honest and friendly service, being awarded and recognised for what we do. We believe this is the way forward as ensuring quality and attention to detail is our goal and ethos and is at the heart of everything we do.
Our happy customers give us repeat business and recommendations – this is the best PR for our company – which is why we always give 200% to make each event special and perfect. By focusing our time and budget on this allows us to reduce our spend on marketing costs and to be able to offer our customers a fair price.
We are truly grateful for the fantastic team that work with us. We share the same vison and passion and that it something to be grateful for.

I like to think that the journey we offer, from booking to the wedding day is different; we ensure that every step of the process is handled professionally but personally; making it as stress-free for our couples as possible.
When we first receive a wedding enquiry, the most important thing for us is to email back as soon as possible with all the information about our service, menu choices and pricing.
Understanding the couples’ budget is important, so we can suggest cost-appropriate menus and ideas.
Having further interest, we would normally like to meet with our wedding couples personally in order to get to know them and to learn and understand their vision and their dream for their special day.
During the Covid pandemic we had to adjust the way we’ve managed our booking journey with our wedding couples and instead of an immediate face to face meeting, we arranged video call meetings as we still like to keep our communication very personal and you can only do this when seeing people face to face, even if it’s virtually. This way of communication very quickly became popular, especially because it’s safe, quick and you can access it from anywhere in the world. Having dealt with many clients based in London or other rural locations, it made possible to continue our personal service.
Following this meeting, we create and send sample menus, unique ideas for their big day and estimated quote including all the costs related to our service so there are no surprises at the end. Often, we receive follow up questions related to the information sent out and ensure that all questions and queries are answered, always on email so we have track of what was agreed.
Due to the high interest in our wedding catering service, once we have an agreement on the menu and an estimated quote approved by the wedding couple, we finalise the contract and raise a deposit invoice to ensure their date is secured.
The next step in the process is for the couple to come to our tasting kitchen, where our Chef/Owner, Magic, personally prepares the bespoke dishes for the customers to taste while we discuss further ideas and all the fine details for the day.
Having these face-to-face meetings is so important to us; it allows us to get to know the couple better, develop trust and an understanding of their likes and dislikes. We then stay in regular contact up until the big day. We want our customers to know that everything is planned meticulously and is under control on the big day so they can relax and enjoy every minute.
We measure feedback via customer feedback. We are delighted to have received the top mark (5 stars) from all of our wedding customers. We always follow up with the new bride and groom when appropriate – usually after their honeymoon. We offer them the choice to either discuss their feedback in person or to complete a feedback survey in writing.
Please visit our Instagram page, you will find there all of our creation.
I truly belive that our secret ingredient is passion & love for food and great taste.
