Can we request specific drinks?
Whilst we offer a wide variety of all types of drinks as standard, we are happy to take requests if there is a specific product you would like to be stocked on the day of your event. Please make any requests at the time of booking to ensure that we can fulfil your request.
Do you provide a bar structure?
We have bar structures which can be used for any event if your venue is not equipped with a bar area. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding the bar structure.

Do you provide glassware?
We do provide all of the required glassware for our products on all our bars. Plastics may be used for events such as festivals or other outdoor locations for safety reasons. We also offer glass hire, please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions regarding glass hire.
How long does the install and removal of the bar take?
The install of the bar can take up to 3 hours depending on the venue and amount of equipment we have. We would need adequate time to set everything up prior to the bar opening. We would arrive on site at a time that suits you, whether this be the day before the event or on the morning of. Removal of the bar usually takes place at the end of the night and can take up to 2 hours.
Do I need a licence ?
A licence is required at the venue for us to operate. The venue may have a "premises licence" which covers the sale of alcohol and in this case, providing that the licensing hours are within the time of your event we do not need anything further.
If your booking is for a private address or the premises does not hold a licence a TEN or temporary event notice would need to be obtained from the local council. We can provide the information to assist with your application.
What areas do you cover ?
Whist we are based in Stoke-on-Trent, we cover a large area including Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, and the West Midlands.
Do you accept cash and card payments ?
Yes both forms of payment are accepted, our card readers work over an internet connection. Don't worry if signal is poor at your chosen venue as we can install Starlink which allows us to have internet access pretty much everywhere !
Do you have a minimum guest number ?
We will discuss any booking regardless of guest numbers however we may not be able to accommodate bookings with less than 100 guests or an additional fee may apply.
