We ended up choosing Melissa Webb who did a quite exceptional job on the catering front. Nearly all guests spoke to me spontaneously about how outstanding the food had been and this was certainly not said just to be polite. The main course was Beef wellington for 120 people and it was very special. The team providing service were equally good with some notable examples of staff remembering who liked what canapé and very high levels overall of warm caring and professional service.

What can I say?! The word 'Thankyou' doesnt seem to do justice to how we feel about what you and your team did for our wedding!! But THANKYOU!!! I keep going over the day in my head and there is absolutely nothing we would change, not one thing! From meeting you at Hedsor last year I knew our wedding would be in capable hands and you have far exceeded our expectations on every level! It really was the best day of my life, and the best wedding I have ever been to...... of course as it was my own!
