Madda Events Full Description
At Madda, we want you to have what you want on your special day. Whether it’s G&T Bar, Prosecco Bar, or whether you want us to serve your favourite cocktail, we can tailor it to suit your needs! We offer three different packages: Cash bar - £250 hire fee + £250 minimum spend on the day. You hire the horsebox and we charge the guests for their drinks on the day. We take cash, card, contactless and applypay! Dry hire - From £500. Hire the horsebox or pop up bar for your event with 2 bar staff, cups and ice. You provide all drinks and our team will serve them for you! (Please note - depending on your numbers, you may need more bar staff at an additional cost. Prices depend on distance travelled) Prepaid bar - You set the price and we’ll provide the drinks. Once the funds behind the bar have run out, we can switch to a cash bar! Minimum spend applies. Would definitely book again!

I hired Madda Events to run a bar for a private party and must say from start to finish, David and his wife were amazing. I would definitely book these guys again. He was meticulous and checked everything needed and obtained the temporary events notice so this took the pressure off me. Great price for bar hire and bar prices excellent along with plenty of choice

Couldn't recommend the Madda guys more. They supplied their bar for our wedding and were incredibly helpful with the organisation. They came to the venue in advance to make sure the space was right. They corresponded direct with the venue staff to organise everything.

We we’re lucky to attend a beautiful rustic wedding at a converted barn. The horsebox was perfect for arrival drinks in the courtyard - Pimms, bottled beer and Prosecco. For the evening, we moved the drinks into the barn and served next to the dance floor!

Once you get in touch we will either email you or call you to discuss details. We then send a booking form to secure the booking. Nearer your wedding day we will visit the venue to work out where to set up and finalise any questions you have. It’s a really simple process and hassle free!
