I tend to send emails to couples rearding any ideas or questions from booking up to the wedding and welcome questions back. I like free and open communication so that the service provided on the day is 100% what you were expecting.
My process tends to be relaxed and informal but fully documented and invoiced so everyone is clear on what has been agreed.
