1. What does Lesola Bar Co. provide?
We provide a fully staffed, beautifully styled bar for weddings and events. That includes the bar itself, professional bar staff, glassware, ice, garnishes and a drinks menu tailored to you. We handle setup, service and clear-down.
2. Do you supply the drinks or do we?
Either works. We can supply and stock everything for you, or work with drinks you’ve already bought.
3. Can you create a custom cocktail menu?
Yes. We’ll create a signature cocktail, or a short menu, inspired by your story, your colour scheme or your company brand, then talk it through with you before the event.
4. Do you offer alcohol-free options?
Yes. Every bar includes alcohol-free choices, such as mocktails and soft drinks, so all your guests feel included.
5. How far in advance should we book?
As early as you can, especially for Saturdays and the summer season. If you have a date in mind, get in touch and we’ll let you know if it’s available.
6. How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your guest numbers, the length of the event, the drinks you choose and your venue. Tell us the details and we’ll send a clear, tailored quote. Prices start from £25 per person.
7. Are you licensed and insured?
We hold the relevant personal and premises licence arrangements and public liability insurance.
8. What do you need from our venue?
We’ll check access, space and power with your venue ahead of time. Most venues work well for us, and we’re happy to speak to your venue manager directly.
9. How many staff will be at our event?
It depends on your guest count and how many drinks you expect to serve. We’ll recommend the right team size so your guests never queue for long.
10. Can you cater for corporate events as well as weddings?
Yes. We provide bars for weddings, engagements, corporate events, product launches and private parties. For corporate clients we can also offer branded menus and discreet, professional service.
