We catered for the most beautiful wedding during the summer of 2023 at a gorgeous marquee venue in the heart of the Cotswolds. The couple were keen on putting on a show stopping event of food throughout their day and the highlight for us was the oyster bar. The guests were enjoying trying different options whilst taking in the breathtaking views of the rolling countryside.

Set a budget from the start
It should be one of the first things done before any wedding planning begins to happen. The budget will drive the number of guests and your wedding venue. It could also help you decide what is most important to you as a couple.
Northing makes me happier than when seeing all the decor come together on the wedding day. I especially like seeing table names that really represent a journey that the couple have been on together.
Initially I would drop the couple a welcome email, introducing myself and explaining all the steps. After that we would arrange a video or face to face meeting to get down to the finer details.
