What about your business are you most proud of?
That we managed to survive through COVID by adapting our business to home delivery boxes of deliciousness and we built a frrezer food business which we continue to this day

Really think about what you as couple ant and don't worry about everyone else - its your day

All our weddings are personal , we offer styling as well and anything is possible

Initial phone call, lengthy chat re their vision and my ideas. Quote and tweaks . Contract and Deposit . Meet in person for a talk through . Day before final meeting and dressing of venue then a Stupendous Wedding day

With my quirky and individual as well as ridiculously tasty food !
What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?
An Asian Beef Fusion dish but all our dishes are innovative

Whatever you want it to be as long its cooked and served with love ( but seafood for me !)

That would be telling ! Local suppliers, sustainable fresh ingredients
