Jacaranda Catering

We chose Jacaranda for our wedding caterers at Fitzleroi Barn in October '22 and they were faultless, can't recommend them highly enough. From planning and to deciding on menu they were super helpful and we were able to be flexible with our choices to cater for everyone, which was really appreciated. We had the most amazing day and can't thank them and their team enough for what they did on the day. The management of the day and timings were perfect, we didn't have to think about any of it on the day which took all the stress away, from the setting up of tables, firepits, sparklers etc. And then and of course the incredible food! All the guests were and have commented on how good it all was, definitely one of the highlights, and again with the pizza van in the evening. Couldn't have had a better day and a lot of that came down to these guys, would certainly recommend to everyone. Thank you for making our day so special!

Everyone absolutely loved the food at our wedding. Jacaranda did an amazing job at not only the food, but the service and lead up to it too. Highly recommend for high quality delicious food!

Dear Nigel Happy new year, hope you are well. The biggest thank you from Billy and I to you and your incredible team for the most flawless and perfect catering and running of our wedding day on Friday. We really couldn’t have asked for more, everything was amazing. I cannot tell you how many compliments I’ve had regarding how smooth the day was and also how friendly and helpful all the staff were so please pass on my thanks to your team too. But I know mainly it was all down to you and your incredible professionalism that everything stayed on track!! You also made us feel very special even though I’m sure you were juggling hundreds of events and different clients the whole time it really felt like we had your undivided attention. Hi Nigel, Back to reality today, after an amazing two weeks away. Sorry I haven’t been in touch sooner but I wanted to thank you for everything you did for our wedding day. We couldn’t have wished for a better day, everything went to plan, your team was amazing, the food was exceptional and all my guests have said it’s the best food they have ever had at a wedding. I have to agree, it wasn’t what anyone would expect at a wedding, it was delicious and I cant thank you and your team enough. You personally, made me feel comfortable to sit back and enjoy my day without any worries (I am a total control freak). You were super calm, nothing was a problem and everything ran smoothly. Thank you so so much for making our day so special, it ran so smoothly and you went above and beyond to make it perfect for us. We have so many compliments from our friends and family saying how beautiful the venue is and how amazing the food was. I number of people said it was the best wedding food they’d ever tasted!! We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to you and your wonderful team for being a part of and for making our wedding day back in February so incredibly perfect. We've tried to write this email a number of times now and on each occasion, fail to quite articulate just how we feel, so we hope that in some way, we can convey just how grateful for we are to you all for what has been the very best day of our lives. Oliver and I had the most incredible wedding day; beyond anything that we could have hoped, wished or dreamed of and you were absolutely intrinsic to the day being so wonderful. Every moment of the day was run, managed and overseen to perfection; from the set up, to the tiny details- beginning to end, from the preparation and planning, to the beautiful execution and delivery of food; from the reassurance and kindness offered to us, to the way in which no request was too great and no question seemed too small. You and your team were exceptional. Not only did we love each and every moment, our guests were also astounded by it all: your staff, the AMAZING food and the way in which the day ran: seamlessly, seemingly effortlessly and with care and laughter at each step. We know we were a little worried about how things would turn out, but on a personal note, thank you Nigel, for taking our day into your clearly incredible capable hands and helping us to have the most magical wedding. After 6 weeks, we still haven't quite touched ground and it means so much that you took the time to ensure that things were so beautifully dealt with; we will treasure our memories of the day for a lifetime to come. Nothing will ever come close. Thank you for enabling all of the above. We will be always grateful.

Hi Julia, Thanks so much for your email – I’m not sure its all sunk in! We wanted to express our thanks to you and the whole of the Jacaranda team for everything you’ve done. It was a fantastic day and surpassed all expectations. Can you pass on an extra special thanks to the chefs as well. Not only did they deal with us over-running! (oops!) but we had so many comments saying that the food was some of, if not, the best food tasted at a wedding. The starter, lamb main and pudding were all exceptionally cooked. Everything that Jacaranda served looked gorgeous and tasted even better! Their tasting evening meant that we had full confidence in their service before our wedding letting us truly relax on the day.
