Unbelievable is the first word that comes to mind when thinking about the quality of food and service from Holdens Catering. The team were very engaging and passionate all through the planning stage of the wedding weekend which made the planning both exciting and seamless. On the day the level of service and professionalism from the staff was top notch. Everyone was polite, attentive, and relaxed. Most importantly it felt like they were part of to occasion rather than people on the periphery.

Tom and the team provided the catering for our beloved daughter Charlotte on her marriage to Arthur. We have to say we were overwhelmed by the friendly patient and professional team who catered for the event. Special mention to Scott for keeping me supplied with my drinks. Victoria who worked as the front of house manager was outstanding ensuring that everything run smoothly. We wholeheartedly recommend the chefs who provided us with the most delicious food that would not have been bettered.

My daughters wedding for 106 guests was held in a large marquee in the field behind our house.Tom is a man who is absolutely on top of his game, done it all before and confidently delivers the most delicious food with sensible (large!) portions artistically presented. Without exception every thank you note we’ve received from our guests has made special mention of how much they enjoyed the food served over the two days. Holdens catered our private dinner of 15 people on a last minute notice, and it was beyond my expectations! Justin and Marioalla cooked and served us the most delicious dinner I had in a long time! We had picked a menu of scotch egg, lamb and sticky toffee pudding, and everything was delicious! Also very generous portions! They were also very discreet and left the kitchen sparkly clean! Book them, so worth it!

Tom and Nicole provided catering for our wedding and also for a party the following day in November 2023 - I can’t fault any part of their service! On the wedding day itself, we had canapés and a three course meal. The food was delicious and served seamlessly to 100 guests. The following day Tom operated more of a buffet style for two courses - this was also delicious and again, served very professional. Not only was the food incredible, they ensured everything ran smoothly.

Tom and Nicole provided afternoon tea for our intimate wedding reception at Castell Aberteifi, Cardigan Castle. Their communication was great throughout and the food, presentation and service on the day surpassed our expectations. They'd thought of everything, so we didn't have to. Thank you Holdens!

Tom and Nicole, thank you for being absolutely fab from start to finish. Your professionalism, enthusiasm and warmth made us feel so relaxed and calm about our day, we absolutely loved working with you through the whole process. The tasting day was incredible and so special to be able to share with my parents, and made us so excited for the actual wedding.
