What is your most memorable wedding?
My best friend Steve asked me to be best man and arrange the bar. Our great team took complete control of bar and I could concentrate on best man duties. The best man service isn't an optional extra by the way!

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Don't do the bar yourself! People often think it would be fun and easy, it isn't! Would you rather be enjoying the morning of your big day or worrying about delivering all the stock that you've had to store to months in being delivered, chilled open and poured. Have you enough ice, who's cutting the fruit, what fruit? has anyone got a bottle opener? You get the picture!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Place cards that were seeds for bee friendly plants. Each wedding is so different and I love seeing different ideas come to fruition.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Find out as much as possible about their ideas for the day, the venue, the drinks they want and make us fit into their plans. We never want the starring role, we see ourselves as supporting cast.
