Hey Pesto Catering

We hired Hey Pesto to cater our marquee wedding at my family home. They provided excellent service and the most amazing food which everyone raved about - more than once I was told by my guests that it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding, which was very impressive given the limited facilities at our venue vs a restaurant kitchen! We had a power issue and the team adapted brilliantly and continued the day without anyone even noticing. If you are looking for a company to cater your wedding, don’t look any further - they can’t do better than Hey Pesto!

We were really impressed with Hey Pesto as a caterer. Having been to many weddings, we decided that food was our biggest priority, and they did not disappoint. The tasting day was really chilled, and the team took their time to answer all of our questions. On the day itself the canapés went down really well, as did the Wedding Breakfast. We were really impressed how they dealt with all of the dietary requirements, the vegans in particular were really impressed that they got a decent choice of canapés. All of the friends we’ve seen since the wedding have mentioned how great the food was. So we couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!

Where do we start with trying to explain how incredibly amazing Hey Pesto are…. Everything about the food was perfect, from the colourful array of canapés (that did not stop coming)! The 12ft long cheese & charcuterie board in the evening, with a huge centre piece of stilton that was carved out and filled with chutney, the miniature trio of mouth watering desserts, to the 130 perfectly executed, melt in the mouth, Beef Wellington’s. Not only did Hey Pesto provide the most delicious food, but the service that they offered and level of detail they went in to was noticed by everyone and nothing less than 5*. For someone that is in the same industry, loving to host parties and a bit of a perfectionist, I 100% felt in safe hands with Aimee and her team! I have worked alongside Hey Pesto on many events. Always a privilege to work with them and their team. Happy and helpful and first class food. So much so my step brother and his wife to be have booked them for their wedding.

I cannot speak highly enough of Hey Pesto and the wonderful service they provided for my daughter's wedding. We were able to book them quite late into the wedding preparations (about 8 weeks before the wedding) as our initial ideas for the catering for the wedding had gone wrong! However, they managed to fit us in and we are so glad they did! The food was AMAZING and we had so many compliments about it. The canapes were a hit - particularly the Jack Daniels Pork Belly! Aimee and the team were so friendly and easy to work with and so accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Hey Pesto for any catered event, they are absolutely fantastic - and now I am looking for another reason to book them! I would give them 10 stars!

The biggest thank you ever to Hey Pesto for doing an amazing catering job at our wedding. From the moment we met Georgie and the team we knew we could put all our trust in them. Nothing was too much trouble for them and in the lead up to the wedding they were always on hand. On the day itself the staff were professional, friendly but unobtrusive and provided an amazing level of service. Georgie went out of her way to ensure that all aspects of the reception ran smoothly. Now onto the food... EXCEPTIONAL!! And we received SO many comments about how delicious it was. Stunning canapés; quoted by one guest as “the best canapés ever”, the main course cooked to perfection and loved by all, followed by a beautifully presented trio of desserts which tasted as good as they looked! Our evening guests were lucky enough to enjoy a very tasty hog roast. We can not recommend Hey Pesto highly enough. The food was one of the most talked about parts of our wedding and everyone loved it, it literally was so delicious! I would always recommend hey pesto from now onwards and will forever be grateful to Aimee and Georgie for making the build up so relaxed and always being overly helpful with everything they did!
