Giuseppe Manzoli- BESPOKE WEDDING CATERING

My partner and I got married at Gretna Green and hired Giuseppe to cater for our wedding party of 15 people. He gave us total freedom to decide upon the menu and expert guidance towards our final choices for canapés and courses. He was very flexible for our guests with dietary requirements and preferences. The whole party was won over by his charm and warmth. He even allowed my 6 year-old niece into the kitchen, gave her tasters of the homemade ice cream, and let her wheel out one of the course

I met this charming man on my comunal terrace cleaning the floor and preparing tables for the guest to come for lovely sunset dinner.. we had a wee chitchat and here he comes with plates.. colorful healthy looking samples (tapas) and offering them to me to try.. Truly, it was such an amazing experience for me!!! Really delicious... Well we all love Italians especially for there's food . Thank you Giuseppe.

Giuseppe came out to the house we rented for a Christmas Eve/Birthday dinner for 12 of us. Everything about the meal was amazing, literally not one thing I would change! Each course was delicious and very generous portions (even had leftovers). Beyond the food, Giuseppe is a lovely guy and showed our group how to make agnolotti. I would recommend Giuseppe to anyone looking for a private chef.

At my oldest daughter’s big birthday Giuseppe provided the family with a beautiful meal. All of the food was prepared at our lodge. The menu he provided us with was wonderful. There wasn’t one single thing we didn’t like and I tried things that I would not normally have ordered. I would thoroughly recommend him and can’t wait for my other daughter to reach her big birthday because we will be booking him again

Giuseppe is a brilliant chef! He provided a wonderful birthday dinner for me and my family when we were on holiday in Aviemore. The quality of the food was fantastic! Loved all of it from the canapés including the fish ones which would not normally be my first choice to the wonderful main meal and desserts. I've been meaning to write a proper review for so long now - we found Giuseppe online partly thanks to the strength of his reviews. Giuseppe catered our wedding with around 22 guests, we were expecting a good meal from a private chef but I don't think we could have hoped for as good as we got. Giuseppe was quick to respond to contact prior to the event and made us feel completely at ease on the day, he and his assistant delivered course after course of incredible food, from homemade sourdough,

Giuseppe provided excellent catering to our wedding celebration. His dishes were creative, insightful and inspiring. Our reception, wedding cake, dinner and Guiseppe's breakfast next morning brought us close to our friends. We are very grateful for his service and friendship.

We hired Giuseppe to cater for our wedding back in November. We really can't recommend Giuseppe enough, he is down to earth & friendly, he will listen to exact what you want. AND his food is amazing. Real proper Italian food! All our guests loved his lasagna, it was a big hit on the night! Thank you again Guiseppe we really appreciate all the effort & love you put into your food

Giuseppe is the best private chef I've ever met. As Americans, we don't get authentic Italian food that doesn't make us feel bloated or over-full - and Giuseppe showed us what from-scratch Italian food could really be. Healthy, delicious, enjoyable, and easy on our stomachs. He even got my husband in the kitchen making fresh raviolis in minutes. We ate our fill of Italian heaven while enjoying the countryside of Scotland and will find a way to bring him to the States so others can enjoy his incredible food, his candor, and his love for feeding the people.
