Ginger Snap was founded in 2006 by Tania Dixon. She has been in the catering industry since 2000 and has a passion for delicious and beautiful food. Since then, the company has grown to take on two further event managers and two award winning full time chefs Allan Devlin and Jonathan Melville, who are constantly coming up with innovative and creative menu ideas and flavour combinations.
We are a young and dynamic team using only the highest quality locally sourced ingredients, offering stunning canapés and designing menus to meet each client's specific desires for the perfect wedding.
