Incorporating the bride's dad's old family recipe, passed down the generations, into the wedding menu. Then not a dry eye in the house when it's served and we've nailed it by working with the bride's dad to ensure we got it just perfect.
At the start we begin the food conversation, find out all that we can about your dream for the day, your favourite foods and the feel for the day you are hoping for.
We will create as accurate a quote as possible allowing us to be compared to other providers (complete openness and honest pricing, with no hidden extras is our approach).
We then like to get the date secured and booked in with a refundable deposit from you (we keep this refundable until at least 3 months or until after a menu tastings - whichever is later) so that you never feel trapped or now you are booked in, that you might be neglected by us, that simply will not happen here. We keep the pressure on ourselves to continue to respond quickly and be as helpful as we can at all times, what ever your question or request.
Through your menu tasting, meetings, phone calls and e-mails, we gradually fine tune the wedding day menu with you until it reaches perfection!
We then put all the elements in place with all of our suppliers, our systems and build our check lists and create our timeline leading up to the big day.
At 8 weeks out, our main countdown begins and as we get confirmation of guest numbers and dietary requirements from couples, we issue the final invoice, and confirm our orders with our wonderful produce suppliers.
Once we receive the table plan from you, we will finalise our service plan for the day. Chef preparation lists are tweaked and completed, and everything is double checked by different members of our team.
Now it is the week of the wedding! Our team is now focused on bringing all of your plans to life. We check everything and count everything multiple times as we count down to the day. The aromas in the kitchen here are incredible as all the ingredients begin to come together.
Finally, the day itself arrives, its an early start, we like to arrive at least 3 hours before the first bite of food is served, again checking everything as we unload at the venue and start to do our magic for you and your guests.
