Our hire fee includes bar setup and take down before and after the event, any temporary event notice to sell alcohol, re-usable glassware for bar drinks, insurance (public and product liability), 25 miles each way covered, minimum of 2 bar staff - which would be increased inline with wedding numbers (1 per 50 guests), unlimited setup times* (*dependent on licenses) and a complimentary bottle of fizz for booking through Bridebook!
We have a wide selection of drinks from draught lager, cider and real ale to cocktails and exclusive wines along with a variety of non alcoholic options.
We offer personalised service and you can create your own wedding drinks packages or choose from our exclusively designed packages. You can even choose which draught drinks we serve if you have a favourite tipple in mind!
Along with our handmade horsebox bar which we converted ourselves we also have bespoke pop up bars available for indoor events and smaller outdoor areas. We now also have a pop up event bar suitable for indoors or outdoors, handmade with Foliage effect backbar.
Sustainability is very important to us so we source recycled goods wherever possible and we recycle all waste.
