Foster's Catering

Out of all the Ufton Court caterers to choose from we decided to go with Foster's Catering. All their brochures were clear and concise. After a consultation with Darren we were confident with our choice. The menu tasting experience was brilliant. With a variety of meals to try within the budget we had set we were spoiled for choice. Even though we came away selecting our favourites we had in mind, we were nearly tempted by the other options because they were all delicious. Nothing was too much trouble. Darren was happy to make a bespoke dessert request, my childhood favourite dessert Gypsy Tart, which was well received with many guests reminiscing their school dinners! A small number of my bridal party opted to have some of our evening cheese board earlier in the day whilst we were getting ready. We had several guests with multiple significant dietary requirements who were all catered for perfectly. Fosters' questionnaire and table plan form nearer to the day was very helpful and clear. On the day the wedding breakfast room was laid up perfectly. We boxed up all our details for each table as requested to accompany our homemade table centres and between their team and the Ufton staff they creatively placed everything out for us which took a job off our hands and was much appreciated! The food service was delivered efficiently and the high standard we had tasted a few months earlier.

Fosters went above and beyond to help make our wedding day the best day of our lives. The food was amazing and we had so many comments from guests that it was the best wedding food they'd had, some including from their own weddings! The food, presentation, professionalism and friendliness of the staff could not be faulted at all and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. People are still talking about the pizza!

Darren and the team at Fosters Catering surpassed all of our expectations in every way! The food was absolutely fantastic, so many guests said to us that the food was incredible and how much they loved it – they also loved the relaxed nature in the way it was served! Fosters Catering were professional in every way, from initial meeting to delivery on the day, everything ran so smoothly and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fosters Catering to friends and family.

Darren and his team did an amazing job at our wedding. The catering was the exact relaxed feel that we wanted for our barn venue setting. When we were choosing the menu for the day it was obvious Fosters could have catered for any type of wedding (formal, relaxed like ours, afternoon tea style etc etc). We had loads of comments on the food on the day. Darren and his team also went above and beyond to help keep the day on track, and even sorted little extras like a gluten free pudding for 1 guest

I cannot recommend Fosters Catering highly enough. Darren & his team were amazing from the first time my fiancée I approached FC, to the final moments of our wedding. They helped make our day truly unforgettable & they went above & beyond our expectations, making the whole day/process completely stress free. The food was incredible & the variation (we had hog roast, paella, wood fire pizzas) was top notch. I can't think of a more fitting winner for both superb food & fantastic customer services.

Fosters catering were absolutely superb suppliers. All of our guests commented on the amazing quality of the food. Fosters bring classic good home cooking food in big portions but with an elegant twist really making it special. We also had a hog roast in the evening which was full of flavour and went down a storm.

We warmed to Darren as soon as we met him, with his laid back, but still professional, approach to the whole booking. We had heard great things from the venue, but as soon as we tried the food (we had pie and mash for our menu) at our wedding tasting we were very impressed. Fosters Catering made our wedding run perfectly on the day, with staff being very helpful and the food being amazing! Thank you so much for all of your hard work! I've recommended you to everyone.

Darren was fantastic and helpful from start to finish. We got to try out menu in full and knew straight away we had made the right choice. Excellent options available but Darren was more than happy to tweak things to suit our needs. All our guests have commented on how wonderful the food was.

Darren's expertise is clear. His menu's are varied and he is flexible with all dietary requirements. Darren and his staff are professional and friendly. Several guests commented on this during the day. Our guests with dietary requirements were well looked after. Darren helped us plan the timeline for the day, setup the cake and made suggestions throughout which helped the smooth running of the day. Darren's presentation of drinks and food is of high standard and we were very grateful.

If I could have given 11/10 I would. Perfect service, perfect presentation, quality and pricing. We couldn't fault anything that Fosters provided on our wedding day. From start to finish Darren was brilliant. Adapting the menu to what we wanted to suit the theme of our wedding, providing extras for our Pimp your Prosecco" bar making a trio of mini deserts all at no extra cost. We had so many compliments on the food from our guests we have Fosters to thank they deserve to win!"
