Fig & Smoke Event Catering

These are your guys! Fig & Smoke exceeded all our expectations and catered for our entire wedding, canapés to sit down three course meal to evening food. They can do it all! Jordan and the team communicated amazingly with us throughout the entire planning process, and we felt at ease knowing they had everything under control. Fig & Smoke arrived at the venue and began service so seamlessly that we hadn’t even realised they had arrived, until the canapés were brought out. Each of the six canapés were delicious, cooked beautifully and our guests couldn’t get enough. The Fig & Smoke team were so friendly, ensuring everyone got some canapés and even brought Dan and I our own couples board to ensure we got chance to have them all too, amongst photos and mingling. The main meal was perfect. Three courses of delicious meals, cooked to perfection. Our guests were blown away by the level of presentation and the taste of the food, as were we! Guests appreciated having the option of three mains and have made many comments on it being the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding! Back to my roots for evening food, Fig & Smoke pulled it out the bag with Cornish pasties. All of our guests devoured these and loved the sentimental touch. We can’t thank you enough! Fig and Smoke recently catered for our large marquee wedding in Devon. They were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Jordan and Ollie were extremely helpful throughout and always went the extra mile to deliver an amazing menu and to troubleshoot the inevitable challenges along the way. Their correspondence and can-do attitude filled us with confidence ahead of the day - as did the tasting menu which they produced for us to trial the food. All of the food was absolutely first-class.

We honestly can't thank Fig and Smoke enough for being a part of our wedding. From start to finish, they were so lovely, accommodating and professional. When we first contacted them to enquire about our wedding breakfast, they were so helpful and worked with us to put together our own, personalised three course wedding breakfast. We will always remember our tasting evening, which was absolutely delicious, and they made so much effort making it a special evening for us.

We hired Fig and Smoke for our wedding in Devon and we can’t rate them highly enough. They were very generous with their time and we had countless meetings to curate the perfect food for our day. They are a fantastic team/couple. They had a substantial back catalogue for inspiration. Once we nailed down a rough idea they invited us for a free tasting event to work out if that was what we wanted and if anything needed altering. We were very happy with what they made us!

If we could give Fig and Smoke more than 5 stars then we would! The team catered our wedding in Devon in June 2023 and the food was honestly spectacular. We were inundated with messages from guests about how great the food was after the wedding. As well as awesome food, the team are lovely people and really great to work with. The tasting was phenomenal, and we made a few requests for additions / slight changes, which they pulled off brilliantly. Could not recommend higher!

We hired Fig and Smoke for our wedding lunch this Summer, we went for starters and mains with canapés beforehand. The food was delicious! So many of our guests commented on how lovely the food was, Jordan was so helpful to work with in terms of planning what we wanted. She would always message back quickly so I knew what was happening. On the wedding day we had a few last minute changes of guests and the fig and smoke team accommodated these changes with no stress at all.

Hi Ollie, Jordan and team, Thank you so much for all of your help, from the very beginning of coming up with a great menu that was everything we love to the wonderful taster session, then helping us through all the stress of the pandemic uncertainty, change of venues and finally the actual event. We can’t thank you enough for saying yes to using our kitchen, I know it must have been a real pain but from our point of view it worked out perfectly. The food was such a hit and I still get comments now when I see friends and family. Thanks as well for sorting out the tables and decorations that I’d left in a huge mess at 5am that morning! It looked perfect, we were chuffed with it all and is a wonderful memory, it really made the day perfect, even with the showers! We really could not have found better, more understanding and talented caterers, thank you. We hope all is good with you.
