Taking culinary inspiration from her travels in Italy after training at Leiths School of Food & Wine, our chef creates mouth-watering canapes, abundant sharing platters, wedding cakes and late night food. Think regional Italian antipasti boards to start, slow roasted lamb with piles of seasonal vegetables, dips and warm focaccia for main, large apricot tarts with pistachio & honey gelato for dessert and coffee, mint tea and a homemade truffle to finish. We apply a tailor made approach to each event, so if you have something specific in mind do let us know. All our food is served on beautiful handmade ceramic platters imported from Puglia so everything looks as delightful as it tastes.
