Initial Inquiry: Couples typically contact us via email with their wedding date, guest count, and initial thoughts on their preferred catering style (e.g., buffet, plated, canapés).
Personalised Quotation & Menu Suggestions: We craft a bespoke quote tailored to their specific needs and provide a selection of menus that align with their vision.
Tasting & Consultation:
We invite couples to a delicious tasting session. We also offer a complimentary consultation call to discuss their preferences in detail.
Booking Confirmation: Once couples are ready to proceed, they sign a booking form and pay a deposit to secure their wedding date. A 50% payment of the total invoice is then due 12 weeks before the wedding.
Final Details & Invoice: Four weeks before the wedding, couples provide us with the final guest count and any last-minute requests. We then issue the final invoice.
