Communication is key!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
We are able to decorate our bar/mobile van to fit the wedding theme. We also recommend that the cocktails/frozen yoghurts are renamed after things that relate to the wedding to make it more personal.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
We invite them to the parlour so that we can have a face-to-face meeting to discuss the details of the wedding. We also use this time to brainstorm ideas to find ways to make our service and their day more personal.
How would you wow the Judges on Masterchef?
We would let them taste our incredible frozen yoghurt!
What is the most innovative dish you have created for a wedding?
We marry both of our concepts and produce 'Twilight' Frozen Yoghurts. These are alcoholic froyos served in a cocktail glass. They always go down well!
