EPIC Caterers

Me and my husband got married at Kingscote Barn earlier this month, and we chose EPIC as our caterers. We cannot recommend them enough! Throughout the last year, the staff at EPIC could not have been more helpful. Prior to our wedding we had a tasting event, where we tried and insane amount of food!! Despite not getting to try the food we picked for our wedding day, it was all delicious. On our wedding day, EPIC were exceptional! The food was amazing, from canapés, vegetarian and meat mains, and desserts. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had, and we agreed! They were great with dietary requirements, and all our guests felt really well looked after and loved the food. The team were superb throughout the day. Not only was the food amazing, but they also set up and served our welcome drinks, ran the bar, set up the tables, cut the cake, and ran a pizza oven. The staff were super friendly and created a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and the barn was set up and looking beautiful. The team thought of absolutely everything and made sure we didn’t have to worry about anything. They even made sure they had plenty of alcohol free options including alcohol free gin behind the bar, as I don't drink alcohol. They were so thoughtful and kept slices of pizza and cake back for us which we enjoyed later. We would very highly recommend EPIC to anyone. Not only did we love it, but all of our guests also commented on how great both the team and the food were. We honestly could not have had a better wedding day. We had the absolute pleasure of having Epic Caterers for our wedding at St Tewdrics House in September. They were brilliant from the start! Very responsive to emails regarding any questions we may have, thorough throughout the whole planning process which made it a lot easier for us. The food and organisation on the day was amazing! We had so many compliments from our guests about the food, especially the beef. Hayley was lovely and made sure the day ran smoothly, even making sure we had canapes set aside for the Groom and I. We couldn't fault them. Very grateful we chose them for our special day! Would highly recommend Epic Caterers!!

Cleverchefs recently catered my wedding and I can’t praise them enough. Our reception was in a marquee in the garden and Chloe and her team laid all the tables and made look beautiful. The kitchen was set up in the garage and I can’t believe that such amazing food was prepared there! Every single course was absolutely delicious and we had so many compliments. The portions were also incredibly generous which is often not the case at weddings and all of our guests were full and very happy.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Epic Chef Caterers for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with their service. From the very beginning, they were attentive to our needs and worked closely with us to ensure that our individual requirements were met. Their dedication to creating the dishes we envisioned was truly impressive. Andrew Baker , the head of sales at Epic Chef, guided us through the entire process. He was incredibly professional and accommodating.

Could not fault Epic Caterers who catered for our wedding two weeks ago. I was amazed at the quality of food produced from such a small kitchen! From planning our food, choices available and the TWO tasting sessions we were offered, the service was excellent. When we had a query, it was quickly responded to at all times. We were particularly grateful that they set up our tables to look beautiful. The soup boxes were fabulous and gave guests a good choice.

Epic Caterers catered our wedding in June and we couldn't have been more impressed!! From the beginning they were so helpful. We wanted our wedding to be less traditional, they let us have so much freedom with our wedding menu! And it was all so incredibly tasty- only downfall was my dress was super tight so I could not finish the whole plate. The drinks package was amazing, we opted to bring your own for the day and it was great as you paid per head not per bottle and you could bring anything.

Epic Caterers were brilliant from the start; great communication, quick response times to emails/questions and we felt in good hands the whole time. The food and organisation on the day was brilliant; we had so many comments saying the food was the best wedding food our guests have ever had! Charlie was brilliant and made sure the day ran smoothly, and we couldn't fault them. Very grateful for making our day so special!

Epic were fantastic the whole day. We were able to deliver the drinks we were providing for the drinks reception and wedding breakfast a couple of days before the wedding which helped with setting up on the day. From there they handled everything drink and food related: setting up tables, serving drinks and food, cutting up the cake, running the pizza oven and running the bar. Their staff were super friendly and helped create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The food was incredible.
