We are a Catering and Events Company based in London, producing traditional and healthy dishes from the Levant using only the finest quality ingredients from Lebanon, Turkey, Cyprus and the surrounding areas. Executive Chef, Elene Lahoud has been cooking ever since she was a child. Her fondest memories of growing up include time spent in the kitchen with her mother. This was where her passion for the spices and flavours of the Levant began. She still uses many of her mother’s and grandmother’s recipes today, which she has modified over the years to her own taste. Our experienced team of chefs have cooked for some of the most influential Middle Eastern families, as well as A-list celebrities and global brands. Everyone who has tried our food comments on how delicious it is – the best Levantine food in town.
