Working on a budget for a couple at Forty Hall. There was no kitchen, so we had to prep off-site, hire in all the linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. It was a very personal wedding and the bride and groom had made all the decorations. We served canapes with drinks, then a hot buffet (we served the top table) and Sonya told each table in turn the menu and invited them to come to the buffet. Then puddings were served to tables.
