Dough Disciples delivers more than just great pizza—they offer an engaging, interactive experience. Their “Festival Style” service lets your guests watch their pizzas being made and cooked in a blazing 500°C flame oven right before their eyes. This lively setup keeps queues short and ensures every pizza arrives hot and fresh. With the ability to serve up to 100 pizzas per hour, they can easily keep up with your guest list, so everyone gets to enjoy delicious food without missing a moment of the celebration.
At the core of their menu is a homemade organic dough, cold-fermented for 72 hours to develop rich, complex flavors. This dough is topped with premium ingredients like San Marzano D.O.P. tomatoes and creamy Fior di Latte mozzarella. We make it easy. Once the couple have confirmed the date and venue, we send through your booking form already populated with your details (nothing to fill in). The details for paying a deposit to secure your date are on that form, and once the deposit is received, we email the coupe to confirm receipt and you're all booked in!
With our Portobello pizza - San Marzano tomatoes, Sicilian sea salt, Fior di Latte Mozzarella, fresh basil, earthy Portobello Mushrooms, a sprinkle of pine nuts and flourish of savoury truffle oil. It's a taste sensation!
For a groom who didn't eat tomatoes. We created the Tartufata, replacing tomatoes with a Truffle, Mushroom & Olive salsa, then topping with fresh basil, parmesan, fior di latte mozzarella, and prosciutto cotto ham. Utterly divine!
