We usually suggest serving buffet style for evening food. We will work with you to bespoke a menu of up to four Pizza varieties which we then cook fresh and serve on our oak pizza boards so guests can come and grab a slice as and when they wish. For 120-140 guests we usually suggest around 80 Pizzas, for this quantity we would suggest a serving time of roughy 2 hours, we will then arrive two hours before service to set up. Our sample pizza menu for weddings can be found here you can choose up to four different pizzas, these are just examples so if there is something else you would like we can bespoke something for you, we can also provide gluten free bases if required. To add a personal touch, you can name the pizzas on your menu and we will design and print a bespoke wedding menu for your special day at no extra cost. We will also send you a copy which you can keep as a memento of the wedding. All of our Pizzas are classic Neapolitan Style and they are prepared fresh in front of your guests and then cooked in two minutes. I have included some prices below for you, these are fully inclusive of everything you will need to keep your guests well fed (disposable plates, napkins, takeaway boxes, millage etc). 80 x 12” Pizzas, four Pizza varieties including garlic breads - fully inclusive - £1600 +VAT (Our minimum spend) If you have any pizzas left at the end of service we will cook and box these up for you or your guests to takeaway. If you would like side salads to accompany your pizzas, these are priced at £2 per salad per head. Our salad menu can be found here We charge just a 20% deposit to secure the date with the balance due 2 weeks prior to the event. Please note, dates are not secured until deposit payment has been received, we often have multiple quotes for the same dates out at anyone time.
