We would have an initial chat about your ideas, dates and budget, and create a menu for you. If you're happy with that we will get you booked in! Your Event Manager will keep in touch with you about the planning in the run up to the big day. You may need a lot of help co-coordinating the planning, or you may not, depending what sort of wedding you are having- your Event Manager will be able to advise.
We created a dish of rabbit 3 ways for a recent event- it was incredible and a really unusual dish. Definitely a winner!
It might not sound innovative but was certainly tricky- grand marnier souffles. It was for a wedding for 300 people, in a marquee. In a field. We had to have extra ovens specially for it, heat the kitchen tent to prevent the souffles dropping once they came out of the ovens.... it was a triumph but you'd never know the hard work that had to go in to it!
