Describe your typical process with a couple.
First we gain greater understanding of what you are looking for at your wedding (either a phone call or an email exchange) then create a bespoke proposal - including your menu and an itemised quotation. Our events manager and head chef will the work alongside you to ensure that the menu is what you are looking for. Next comes the fun bit! We book in a tasting, the opportunity for you both to try all the dishes and discuss you thoughts as well as making any necessary tweaks required.
