At Caviar & Chips, we believe your wedding catering should be as personal and special as the journey you and your partner share. Instead of one-size-fits-all menus, we invite you to collaborate with us to create a completely bespoke dining experience. It all starts with a conversation about your story—how you met, your favorite flavors, and meaningful memories. This way, your wedding food truly reflects who you are as a couple.
We’re proud to have been named Best Wedding Caterer in the West Midlands for three years running by The Wedding Industry Awards. Whether you dream of a formal plated dinner, relaxed food stations, or a casual buffet, our chefs bring your vision to life with ease. Our process is designed to be fun and stress-free:
No matter where you say “I do,” Caviar & Chips delivers a flawless dining experience. From elegant stately homes and rustic barns to woodlands, yurts, and marquees, we set up full kitchens and provide professional service teams. We’re the preferred caterer for many venues and handle everything—from linen and crockery to personalized service—so you and your guests feel truly cared for throughout your celebration.
We catered for a wedding of 200 guests at a polo club and despite experiencing every type of weather imaginable during the day, the atmosphere was incredible. We served food throughout the day and whether it was canapes, three course dining or the BBQ at the end; the guests were full of compliments and praise which made us very proud.

That we exceed expectations
To ask as many questions of your suppliers as possible so that you can relax and enjoy the day knowing that all your expectations and needs are covered

Typically we will begin with an email exchange or a phone call where we ask lots of questions to make sure we know what is required and expected. We'll then draft a format and menu(s) for the day and aim to meet in person so we can ensure we have every single detail covered. We then finalise details and draft an itinerary as well and ingredient list to compliment the menu. In the lead up to the day we arrange for a menu tasting so that the bride and groom are happy with every aspect of the menu and from here we can make any changes needed. Just before the day, we'll keep in touch and ensure all last minute details are covered. On the day we keep in touch either with the bride and groom or wedding planner to make sure the bride and groom to just enjoy the day and know that any problem that may arise will be sorted.
We'd do some research to find out what the judges' favourite dishes were and we'd also find out what they don't like; including presentation, quantity etc. We'd then try and personalise the dishes with a small detail to let them know there was thought and attention put into the preperation and of course w'd make sure the dish was perfectly prepared, well presented and had a story as to why and how the ingredients were chosen and put together.
