Wedding planning often starts a year or two in advance of the actual day.
To make life as simple as possible and to ensure everything goes without a hitch we will advise you from the outset and agree key dates to suit your plans:
18 months/6 months before the big day
Call or email us to check our diaries for availability. The earlier you contact us the more likely it is that a date will be free, especially during the summer.
1-2 weeks after your initial enquiry
We will arrange a meeting or telephone call with you to talk through your wedding. This is to enable us to get a really good understanding of your plans and start to develop our ideas.
The first draft of your proposal will be sent to you, usually within 48 hours, and once you are happy we will arrange a tasting after which we will send a standard confirmation letter. When you receive your confirmation letter you should check everything is in order. Once everything is agreed we will send an invoice for the deposit amount (which is £200).
At this point your booking is now confirmed, and we will conduct a site visit to your chosen venue if required.
6 weeks prior to your wedding
We will finalise timings and event specifications with you along with organising access times to the venue.
4 weeks prior to your wedding
We will ask you to finalise the quest numbers and provide any dietary requirements. This will be followed by our final invoice which will be due for payment before your wedding day.
1 week prior to your wedding
We will request a copy of your room and seating plan.
