Dreaming of that lamb tagine!

Thanks so much to Sarah and her team for making our day so special. We started with email and phone contact and then were invited to the kitchen for a yummy tasting (leaving extra full and satisfied). On the day Sarah and her team were professional and friendly having everything arranged with perfect timing. They have portable cooking facilities if your venue doesn't have a kitchen. The team served all of the food which not only tasted amazing but looked great. We had a hot sharing style dinner with 3 mains and 2 deserts. Our guests have been raving about that foos ever since... Espesially the lamb tagine. After clearing up the team even helped seeve our evening food!

What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?

I always leave a card for the happy couple.

Describe your typical process with a couple.

After the initial enquiry, I contact you via email to outline what I offer then offer a phone call to discuss. I ask for completion of a booking form with a 30% deposit or £50 save the date deposit if over 12 months in advance. We will then sit down and discuss the day in detail together with the offer of a food tasting. Food tastings are available before booking at £35pp and then this amount is deducted from the deposit if booked. I will visit the venue with you to help with the planning and am available any time to answer any queries or to make changes. I then ask for final details to be confirmed with the balance payment 4 weeks before the big day. I am always on hand on the day to make sure everything goes smoothly.
