We’re Banh Wagon, an independent Vietnamese street food business based in Bristol. Since our launch during lockdown over four years ago, we’ve been delighting customers at food markets and events around Bristol. We specialise in delicious Vietnamese Bánh mì sandwiches, hearty rice bowls, tempting sides and desserts. With options for both meat lovers and vegans, our menu guarantees an explosion of flavours.
