We are a family run mobile bbq catering business. What makes us unique is the beautiful trailblazer bbq that we cook all our meats on. It’s all chargrilled and live fire cooking which adds to the theatre and ambiance of your special day. Everyone loves to watch their food being cooked and the smells that emanate from the grill are too good to ignore!
We offer a tailored package to suit you, arrive at least 2 hours prior to service to set up & be ready, we supply all the packaging, sauces, cutlery and leave any space we work in spotless! All you have to do is enjoy your big day and let us take care of the rest.

Do you take a deposit to secure a booking
Yes we require a 33% non refundable deposit to secure your date, this protects both parties from cancelling but we are open to a change of date subject to availability
Full payment is due up to one week before the wedding
How long do you need to set up
We require at least 2 hours to set up
How much space do you require
We need about 6 x 6 metres to comfortably work with our gazebo & bbq set up
Do you require electricity
We are fully self sufficient
Can you work on grass
Yes we can set up on grass as long as it’s not been raining but where possible we do prefer to be on hard standing ground
Can we change our food choices before the day
Yes of course, as long as we have a couple of weeks notice we can work to whatever you would like
